what is pumpkin?

its grow really fast in the rainy season. this pumpkin tree is really smooth and dry edges. it has rush leaves and 5 types of pointy part .the leave looks like heart shape and long shape. for more growth and pumpkin we make a bed for the tree. we can grow 2 times a year. one is winter and another is rainy season. but we can store it for a whole year. it's a really useful tree we can eat its leaves its flowers and also their pumpkins.
there are two types of pumpkins:
- male
- female
female: female pumpkin tree can give us all. it can give us pumpkin and flowers both. that's why we farmers only plant female pumpkin trees.
we have many shapes of pumpkins.:
- round
- flat
- long
- fat
- unhealthy
- round-flat
biological names of pumpkin: "cucurbita maxima duchesue", family :"cucurbitaceae".
all around the world scientist have clinically approved that pumpkin has a lot of good vitamin A, B, C and its full with a protein, fatty,carboheidratterd , calcium, phosphorus and iron.
the speciality of pumpkin :
it can provide us with many kinds of desires. those are:
- bad taste in food: there are many reasons why we can be on attract of bad taste. it has a huge item list. but we can say only how to fix it. wit can happen with anyone. normally at the end of winter and the start of the rain we see this problem especially. sometimes it happened because of some sickness. in this case, we can take any decision by all consequences.it is like we are hungry and don't wanna eat at the same time.
- new head root of pumpkin tree and leave soup can help us to feel good taste in food it will give us the right way to be eating foods.we also can added some more vegitable on this food:potato,lady fingure , tomato, cabage ,carrot rtc it also gona help us to feel more hungry .
- green pumpkin without pealing it cut it as 4 big que and mane a curry while adding 150 gram of green pumpkin and 50 gram of potato cand be a good combination for eating good curry . on the fast time ofthe year it can be helpfull to all the people who just want to have a good and health health and its not for the one person its fir the full family . it can be less or more the quiuntity. but it won't less the quality of it. espacily in summer er should eat it the most . in summur its feels so light to diagest. we also can added some sugure on it to impliment its taste.
- not only just pumpkin but also its flower can helps us a lot. take two flowers of pumpkin and dib it into corn flour and deep fry it on regular vegitable oil and then eat it with a little spicy tommato souse .
- constipation: in this age, it's quite similar to all the people who don't like good and healthy food they all are suffering from this problem. this is one of our problems. this problem started in our childhood, old age, sometimes it also carries bloodline. in our childhood, we should found vegetables and green foods at the same time. if we don't then it slowly started to attack us. on our young age, we don't face any problems because of this ut when we become old it becomes a major problem for a bad heath .it have that same solution that was we have to eat green pumpkin twice in a week.
- less spermatozoid: in young or old age many men are facing this problem that less sperm. it has a major reason we won't go that far but it can be solved by eating seeds of pumpkin with extra virgin olive oil. twice in a day in tea time snacks that can be taken for one or two months. after that your this problem will be solved.
- less intimacy: in marriage couple or some single people who don't feel too intimate they are already facing this. because of works and pressure, we don't have that much energy to intimate with someone. sometimes it's like weeks ago or even worse month. it happened really often. some married couple gets tried of this they don't feel that much need so that they never satisfied. satisfaction is the most important thing when we are getting intimate. for the best feeling and satisfied increment time, everyone should care. it's a need if you don't fulfil it will kill you from inside. so don't be so late to take a step. eat pumpkin seed areas pumpkin both of people. it will help to be passant on intermate time and also it will improve the power. it also works for old peoples too who don't have that much of feelings too.
